When evaluating responses to solicitations, regardless of acquisition type, dollar value, or method, the evaluation must include a mandatory administrative requirement for to submit the required GenAI Risk Assessment (SIMM 5305-F) to CDT.

During evaluations and prior to selection, the department must conduct a risk assessment. If the state department determines that the risk level is moderate or high, CDT's consultation is required prior to contract award.
